CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have to cancel an order, please do so before the dispatch of product. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 5% of your total order value.
There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.shop.geistlich.in reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.shop.geistlich.in reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

Refund Policy
Once GPIN receives your item, It will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved then refund shall be processed and the amount will be credited to the customer account after deduction of cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 5% within 1 Month subject to payment realization by GPIN depending on the issuing bank.
* Refund timelines depend on bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines. This may change from time to time. Business days shall mean the working days on which Geistlich Pharma India Pvt. Ltd corporate office operates.
Important: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Geistlich pharma eShop (www.shop.geistlich.in) account should match with the name of the bank account holder. If you have paid the bills using a third party account, refunds will be made to the same account.
Geistlich Pharma India Pvt. Ltd will not be liable for any delay caused in refunds due to delay by third party affiliates (including banks), in providing information by the customer, technical issues and other reasons beyond its control.
